
BIOGRAPHY
Niall Anderson, born in the UK and raised in Australia, is a seasoned musician renowned for his extensive touring and recording experience with a diverse roster of acclaimed artists.
From 2007 to 2012, Niall served as Music Director and keyboardist for Universal/Motown artist Gin Wigmore. Together, they toured the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, sharing stages with renowned musicians such as members of Ryan Adams’ band, The Cardinals.
Since 2010, Niall has been a key member of Tim Finn's band, including a notable performance with The Finn Brothers at the Rugby World Cup opening night in Auckland in 2011, playing to an audience of over 100,000.
In 2014, Niall joined forces with Grammy-nominated artist Montaigne, contributing to their debut EP and album. He currently serves as Montaigne's Musical Director and keyboard player, touring regularly.
Niall's collaborative spirit extends to a range of artists including Ben Lee, BBno$, Joanne Shaw Taylor, and Brooke Fraser, among others. His work spans major music venues, television shows, and national radio stations across Australia and overseas.
In the studio, Niall has worked with esteemed producers such as Sylvia Massy, Rick Will, Tony Buchen, and Paul McKercher, contributing to projects for Universal Music Australia, Sony, EMI, ABC, and various independent artists.
